A journey into Stewardship and Natural Intelligence.
Regenerative living with a dream big enough for all of life

My passion is to create a healthy society by growing regenerative cultures that foster collaborative, closed loop, holistic, nature connected, we focused, creative and joy based dynamics. Creating a lifestyle and culture of stewardship, wholeness, sense-and-respond, passion, evolutionary purpose and self responsibility. I work with ecovillages, eco-projects, social enterprises, not for profits, individuals and any regenerative project helping people and groups reconnect to what is truly important to them. 

I hold space for and facilitating regenerative practices and cultures. Facilitating the change from competitive, open loop, I focused, adversity based dynamics to collaborative, closed loop, holistic, us focused, creative and joyous based dynamics. I help people and groups reconnect to what is truly important to them. To understand what it is to be kind to each other and to live beyond sustainability. That is to live regeneratively and build personal and group capability and resilience. In the process help to create cohesive functional groups (be they ecovillages, communities, families, not for profits or businesses) that know themselves and live their lives with passion, wholeness and self responsibility. I am an ambassador and trainer for GEN the Global Ecovillage Network. I’ve lived in ecovillages and communities around the world, have accompanied ecovillage and community projects on their journey. I’ve managed community gardens,  farms and businesses. I’ve been successful in two social movements stopping a fracking mine from going ahead and reclaiming a community hospital.

I Give Thanks

I give thanks to my ancestors, descendants and all beings who have supported and nurtured me. I give thats to mother earth and father sky, the directions and the elements. 

I Acknowledge

I acknowledge the traditional peoples who are the traditional custodians of our earth and all the modern people who care for our land and nature. I pay respect to the elders past and present & children of the traditional peoples.

 

My Influences

I have had many influences in my life. These include Nature, Human Potential, Tantra, Permaculture, Regenerative Systems, Psychology (tribal, eastern and western approaches), Activism (animal rights, environmental issues, social justice, etc.), Organisational Dynamics, Spiral Dynamics, Trauma Healing, Nutrition and Holistic Wellness and Shamanic Practices. Large influencers in my life include Frederic Laloux, Daniel Schmachtenberger, Garbor Mate, Arnold Mindell, Charles Eisenstein, Michael Tellinger, Dr Jordan B Peterson, Satya Medicine Baba(Mentor), Osho, Isira, Dan Schreiber, the Bundjalung peoples and Jasmine Pothiyalai (my Shamanic teacher). And many more others along the way who have contributed in small or large ways to my life and made profound differences in me.

My formal training has included: Master NLP practitioner, Master Hypnotherapy and Timeline Therapy practitioner, Tantric Practitioner, Quadoshka Sexuality training levels 1,2 and 3, Reiki Master,  Global Ecovillage Network (GEN) certified Trainer.

My Heros

I deeply admire and respect anyone working in the area of regeneration. Whether it be environmental, social, individual, cultural or community. My heroes are those who stand up for what they truly believe caring for themselves and others. Anyone doing the work of community building has my deepest respect and appreciation.

  • 1 year consulting to eco-villages in Australia focusing on visioning / planning / governance and community establishment
  • 6 months on the board and managing a community farm (1 acre, 40 volunteers, weekly turnover of $1000+)

  • Improved Business Risk Management at a major coal miner across 10 mine sites ($6m IT implementation and business change project)
  • Reorganised an Asian-wide publisher, created new strategy and business plan, introduced five new products, improved publishing productivity by 200%, outsourced IT, hired executives, formed key partnerships ($5m revenue, 100 staff, 200 stringers, 12 countries)
  • Defined and Delivered a Data warehouse strategy, prototype and vendor selection process to a major Asian Stock Exchange ($5m consulting project)
  • Delivered an International Trade Finance Portal for a new business unit for a major global bank in Hong Kong ($30m IT delivery project)
