I help communities, community organisations, Ecovillages and social enterprises deepen and grow, discover and move into what is truly important to them, refine their purpose, becoming more self aware along the journey, embracing stewardship and interconnected living. Creating new ways of living that are aware, compassionate, joyful, collaborative and creative. That build resilience and regenerate people, land, economy and culture.

Consulting

I consult with ecovillages, communities, eco-projects and social enterprises accompanying them to consciously evolve through whatever growth edge and journey they are on. I help build empowered self managing, resilient and regenerative communities transferring skills and knowledge, helping them to be self learning and adaptive.  I cover all the area’s of sustainability or regeneration including social, cultural, economic, environmental and whole system design. Empower individuals and groups to think big, to embrace their dreams and passions and move toward them.  When engaging with a community I take a holistic perspective and address the people and the surrounding natural environment, the broader culture and socio political context, power dynamics, the group culture, organising structures and processes, individual psychology and behaviours. I use deep community participatory processes to look at the situation,  to consider it from a stewardship perspective (one of we are caring for the land for those to come and with planning horizons of 200 years) to what the village and the land wants to create and evolve into to enable villages to take the next step in their journey.

GEN Ambassador

I am an ambassador for the Global Ecovillage Network (GEN). In my role as ambassador I assist Ecovillage and other eco-projects to connect to the GEN network finding support, likeminded people and resources.

GEN catalyzes communities for a regenerative world. GEN is a growing network of regenerative communities and initiatives that bridge cultures, countries, and continents. GEN builds bridges between policy-makers, governments, NGOs, academics, entrepreneurs, activists, community networks and ecologically-minded individuals across the globe in order to develop strategies for a global transition to resilient communities and cultures.

Facilitation

I love helping groups achieve their goals and come together in fun, productive and deep caring ways. I use deep listening, Kensan, mindfulness and other innovative techniques with groups, communities, organisations and events – either in person or online.

Wild Community is a Smart Enterprise Ecovillage (SEV) global investment fund and foundation. We create healthy communities with a dream big enough for all of life. We value people, nature and our wildness. We secure land in Trust and Steward it for our future. In the process we create ecovillages, permaculture farms, regenerate forest, create social enterprises and micro businesses, help young farmers get a start, localise food production, provide affordable housing, boost local economies, run retreats and wellness programs and much more.
